Using time tested practices that have been refined over thousands of years, you will be guided through a purposeful sequence of breathwork that aims to land you in a space of inner quietude and awareness. At the end of your guided breathwork journey, we will invite you to hold your still state of mind as you greet the cold. This class is accessible and caters to all levels of breathwork and cold exposure experience.

Ancient Breathwork + ice bath

This class invites you to explore the expansive states of breathwork. In alignment with modern times, this session incorporates stronger breathwork practices that lend themselves toward expanded states of awareness. You will be guided throughout the whole process, with an emphasis on the integration after expansion. We love using cold exposure at the end of this practice to ensure everyone leaves feeling embodied, awake and ready for the day. This class is accessible and caters to all levels of breathwork and cold exposure experience.

Movement Based Breathwork + ice bath


This class explores the intersection between breath and body. Combining various techniques of breath regulation and a range of movement games, you will experience fun ways to improve your fitness, enhance your breath hold capacity and expand your movement vocabulary. This session offers the perfect warm up for a joyful meeting with the cold. This class is accessible and caters to all levels of breathwork and cold exposure experience.
