Rhys Dykes

“For over two decades, I've been immersed in the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, both as a practitioner and a coach. My journey has been defined by the pursuit of excellence in the gentle art, and through it, I've discovered the profound significance of recovery.

As an instructor, my passion lies in helping people. I firmly believe that recovery is the cornerstone of optimum performance, not just in sports but in life as well. It's the key to unlocking our full potential, both physically and mentally.

My path into breathwork and cold exposure was driven by this passion for recovery. These practices have become integral to my life, and I'm dedicated to sharing their transformative benefits with you. Whether you're a seasoned BJJ athlete seeking to enhance your performance or someone simply looking to enrich your life, you're more than welcome in our amazing classes. See you in the Ice tub!”

“My passion, interest and deeper study of breathwork was sparked seven years ago when I began my work with Yoga. As I felt the power of daily breath work positively impact my life, my curiosity for what exactly was taking place grew. This has led me to an ongoing education into the physiology, psychology and energetic effects of harnessing the breath.

My journey with cold thermogenesis began, as it does for many athletes, as a forced tool for recovery. I'd be lying if I said I enjoyed it then, and most of the time I still don't love it now! But, what keeps me coming back, and encouraging others to embrace the cold too, is the biophysical benefits and the mental states that the cold promotes.”
